About Us

Our Story Dave found me on facebook through my comment on a mutual friend’s post. He said I was his dream girl. He saw that we shared a love for sports and for Jesus and asked me out. From that first date and every day since, I fell in love with his confidence and kindness. We have been married since 2013. Even on our very first date, we shared that we had always felt a tug to adopt a child some day. After some complications, we now have 3 little girls- Charlotte (7), Lucy (5), and Violet (4). They pray and prepare daily for a baby sibling, they’re so ready! Together we love to travel, hit up amusement parks, have movie nights, and celebrate holidays and birthdays to the max. Meet Carolyn Carolyn is a stay-at-home mom. She loves spending genuine, quality time talking with friends, hiking, traveling, going to concerts, and snuggling up with the kids on the couch to watch a movie. She has the gift of hospitality and really likes hosting friends and family. Kentucky Basketball, soccer, going to see a show, discount shopping, and doing tie dye are some of her favorite things. Dave: "Carolyn has an incredibly big heart for people.  She really values long-lasting relationships.  She always knows how to make you feel special - especially on your birthday! She has continually made personal sacrifices to make sure each member of our growing family gets every ounce of love and care that she's able to provide.  I've always called her 'Care' for short, and funny enough, there's not a better word to describe her." Meet Dave Dave's passion is sports.  In his spare time, you'll find him attending or watching his favorite team, Penn State football; or you might see him on the baseball field umpiring a Little League game. Dave also enjoys playing cards and board games, going on hikes, and riding roller coasters. Carolyn: "Dave is a classic, traditional guy and an all around remarkable dad. He makes smart decisions to ensure we are taken care of. He works hard, but can't wait to get home to us after work. He gives piggyback and dinosaur rides and comes to get us whenever he sees a bunny or turtle in the yard. He plans fun trips. He supports me in a way that allows me to be successful in my mom role."
