We met when Nathen was Amber’s boss at the local movie theater, and we got married on 11/11/11. We are best friends. Nathen can talk with anyone and he was adopted, himself. Amber is a twin, and her favorite food is peanut butter.
Our ranch-style home is located near a pond filled with ducks, and there’s a playground less than a mile away. We have two friendly dogs. We’re known for being the fun neighbors who host firework shows, potlucks and campfires.
We have infertility so adoption is our only hope of building a family of our own.
We’re Caucasian but we’re open to a child of any background and we hope to learn our child’s birthparents’ cultural traditions and make those part of our lives, as well.
We’re hoping to do an open adoption so our child can stay in touch with their birthfamily, if they so wish? But we’ll respect the birthparents’ preferences, of course.
