Hi, we are Russell, Anna, and Nevaeh. Thank you for taking the time to learn about us. We hope that this profile helps you see the love we have for one another and the love we have to share with another child.

Our story began in 2008 when we met in high school. We quickly built a great friendship and starting dating soon after that. It has been a blessing to have found each other at such a young age! We married right after high school and have been happily married since 2011.

In 2011, we had our daughter, Nevaeh. Anna experienced an extremely difficult pregnancy, but we knew that we wanted to expand our family even more. After a few rough pregnancies and the loss of two babies, we decided to take some time to heal. It was during that time, in 2013, that God put adoption on our minds for the first time. After many years of discussions and prayers, we are finally ready to take the next step in what we believe is God’s plan for our family.

I enjoy working on a dairy farm. One of the great things about my job is that I have the opportunity to take Nevaeh to work with me to see the calves and go on tractor rides. In doing that, I can show her what it means to work hard and take pride in your work, which are two very important things to me. In my spare time, you can find me helping Nevaeh learn to play the piano, getting in a round of golf, or sitting around a fire in the backyard with my family.

I love music. I play the drums during our church service and teach Nevaeh piano lessons. It’s great to use our talents to worship the Lord. I like to think of myself as an active person. I enjoy trying new activities. I have entered a few local ninja warrior competitions! I enjoy spending time at a local golf course. I golf with my dad and my father-in-law, who have become great friends.

I am a proud American with a Puerto Rican, Mexican, and Polish heritage. I work with my mom at her licensed daycare and am blessed to work with children every day. What I love about my job is the flexibility that it offers. I get to enjoy my summers at home and can take time off when Nevaeh needs me throughout the school year.

When I’m not working, you can find me browsing my local greenhouse searching for new flowers to plant, enjoying a hot caramel mocha while strolling through the aisles of Target, or chasing my niece and nephew around my backyard. The role I cherish most in life is being a mother. I am beyond excited to welcome another child to our family!

I am a passionate person. I put my heart and soul into everything I do. Whether it’s staying up all night to make Nevaeh a Pete the Cat costume for school or planning a fun-filled Christmas dinner with grinch punch, games, and lots of laughter!

Nevaeh is nine-years-old. She attends third grade at a private Christian school. Her absolute favorite thing to do is to study animals by reading National Geographic magazines, watching Planet Earth on the Discovery Channel, or bringing our three dogs “to the vet” where Dr. Nevaeh can give them a checkup.

Becoming a big sister has been a dream of hers for years! She is most excited to cuddle her new sibling and help with big sister duties. Nevaeh loves being an older cousin, even when that means she has to build a block tower for the 50th time or dance to Baby Shark on repeat.
